With these great stickers, a boring black insulin pump looks child-friendly and cool for a 5-year-old.

Very chic and stylish, they also adhere very well and for a very long time, about 10 days, despite sports. I love these tapes!

So that life is happy and colorful for children with type 1 diabetes!

About our idea for the first German diabetes sticker shop

Welcome to our online diabetes shop! Zuckerschmuck® was the first diabetes Sticker shop founded in Germany in 2015 and is now a specialist retailer for all kinds of diabetes accessories.

With us, you'll find much more than Stickers: diabetes accessories for everyday life, from tapes and sensor holders to coolers for insulin, bags, clothing and skin protection, as well as adhesive removers, hypo helpers and low-carb sweets. We are a family business based in beautiful Upper Franconia and now have tens of thousands of happy customers.

I'm Sonja, and I've been living with type 1 diabetes since I was 7 years old. Everything I've learned from more than 30 years of living with diabetes - as a child, student, professional, during sports and as a mother of two - goes into every product today. So your sensor becomes a statement and everyday life with diabetes becomes easier, more cheerful and more colorful. For you and your child.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, returns, and our products.

How can I tell whether my order was received successfully?

FAQ FAQ

If you receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided, you can be sure that we have successfully received your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please check your spam folder for an email from "info@zuckerschmuck.com" and consider whether you completed the ordering process all the way to the end. The ordering process ends with the message "Order received" and a list of the order details. If you completed the order to the end and still have not received an email, there may be a typo in your email address. In that case, please send us an email to support@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can send you an order confirmation and, if applicable, an invoice for payment in advance.

How long does shipping for my order take?

FAQ FAQ

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Usually, the order is sent to the post office by letter, large letter, or parcel on the same or next day after payment is received and is often delivered on the following day. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted by parcel lockers, so always provide a regular home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. If paying by bank transfer, it may take several days for the credit to appear in our account, depending on the bank. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/proof of transfer to support@zuckerschmuck.com. Your order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received your goods within one week for shipments within Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can investigate. For shipments to countries other than Germany, please contact us by email if no delivery has arrived within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. Thank you for your patience!

What is the best way to apply the Zuckerschmuck® tapes and stickers?

FAQ FAQ

https://zuckerschmuck.com/pages/anleitungen

Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?

FAQ FAQ

You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is running: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod that is not stuck on is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape. Changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover adhesive aid: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily peel off the tape during the running time and stick on a new tape.
