What arm circumference do the bands fit up to?
Standard up to 40 cm arm circumference. If you need a longer version, simply write your desired length in the comment field of the order — we will make it at no extra charge. You can also shorten any excess length yourself with scissors, the band locks in place by itself.
What material are the bands made of?

Machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Please do not iron hot or tumble dry — otherwise the elasticity would suffer.
