Does the sensor need the tape to stay in place? No. According to their manufacturers, glucose sensors, catheters and patch pumps do not need additional fixation. Our tapes are decorative and not fixation plasters: They give the device a design, not extra hold.
What are the tapes made of? Flexible textile material that is breathable, waterproof and hypoallergenic, without latex, zinc, nickel or IBOA (an allergenic adhesive).
What is included in the trial set? Tapes for various systems: Freestyle Libre 2 and 3, Dexcom G6, Medtronic Enlite and Guardian, as well as insulin pump catheters. The exact contents are listed with the product.
