Neoh Chocolate without Added Sugar: Low Carb Bars & Riegel

Neoh zuckerfreie Schokolade gibts bei Zuckerschmuck

Dear sweet tooths, we have great news for you! We have the complete Neoh range for you in our shop: bars, sticks, and waffles, all without added sugar and with only 2 to 3g of net carbohydrates per serving. This is the "chocolate that hardly impacts your bolus budget" category.

What you should know at a glance

  • Net Carbs: 2g to 3g per serving
  • No Added Sugar: Neoh uses natural sugar alternatives plus plant-based fiber instead of household sugar
  • Suitable for: Low-carb diet, Keto, carbohydrate-reduced diets
  • In the Shop: 2 bars, 5 stick varieties, 2 waffles
  • Recommended serving: please refer to packaging information

What does this mean for bolusing?

Classic chocolate has about 50g of carbohydrates per 100g — for a normal 30g serving, that's 15g of carbs, plus the corresponding bolus. A Neoh bar or stick, however, only has 2 to 3g of net carbs per serving. This makes a noticeable difference in everyday life.

How exactly you convert this into your bolus factors depends on your personal settings. Please discuss this with your diabetology practice; the DDG practice recommendations 2024 [1] provide the general framework for this.

Here you'll find Neoh in bar form

The Waffles — crispy with cream filling

Frequent questions about Neoh

How many net carbs are in one serving?

The bars (30g): 3g net carbs. The sticks and waffles: 2 or 3g per stick, depending on the variety. The exact value can always be found on the packaging — and it's included in the title of each product page.

Are Neoh products sugar-free?

According to the manufacturer, household sugar is not used. Instead, natural sugar alternatives and plant-based fiber are used. If you have intolerances to individual sugar alternatives, please check the ingredient list beforehand.

Which Neoh is best for starting out?

If you've never tried Neoh, the two bars and the Crisp N Cream are the classics to get started with. If you like peanut sticks, it's best to start with the Peanut Bar.

Are Neoh sticks also suitable for a keto diet?

Yes, the entire Neoh range is designed for low-carb and keto. Low net carbs and no household sugar — both fit the keto concept. As always: pay attention to the serving recommendation.

Where can I find more low-carb sweets?

The full low-carb range bundles chocolate, gummy bears, cookies, and more. If you prefer savory options, the GI Pasta also offers bolus-friendly options. For quick hypo correction, the dextrose hub is the right address.
