Does the sensor need the tape to stay in place? No. According to their manufacturers, glucose sensors, catheters and patch pumps do not require additional fixation. Our tapes are decorative and not fixation plasters or catheter plasters: They give the device a design, not additional hold.
What are the tapes made of? Flexible textile material that is breathable, waterproof and hypoallergenic, without latex, zinc, nickel or IBOA (allergy-causing adhesive).
