About our idea for the first German diabetes sticker shop
Welcome to our diabetic online shop! Zuckerschmuck® is the first diabetes sticker shop founded in Germany in 2015. We are a family business based in beautiful Upper Franconia.
My name is Sonja and I am affected myself: I have had type 1 diabetes since I was 7 years old. With Zuckerschmuck® I implement all the ideas that I have collected in 33 years with diabetes as a child, student, at work, during sports and as a mother of two, to make everyday life with diabetes easier, happier and more colourful.

How do I know if my order has been successfully received by Zuckerschmuck®?
If you receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided, you can be sure that we have successfully received the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please check your spam folder for an email from "info@zuckerschmuck.com" and consider whether you have completed the order process to the very end. The order process ends with the message "Order received" and a list of the order details. If you have completed the order and still have not received an email, there may have been a typo in your email address. In this case, please send us an email to info@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can send you an order confirmation and, if necessary, an invoice for payment in advance.
How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The order is usually sent to the post office the next day after receipt of payment by letter or maxi letter and is often delivered the day after that. Please note: Letters are not allowed to be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. If you pay via PayPal and credit card, the credit is usually credited to our account immediately, i.e. we ship the next day. If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com. The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received any goods within a week for shipping to Germany, please contact info@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can investigate the matter. For shipping to countries other than Germany, please contact us by email if no delivery has arrived within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. Thank you for your patience!

Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is running: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod that is not stuck on is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape. Changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover adhesive aid: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily peel off the tape during the running time and stick on a new tape.
How do I make a complaint/return to Zuckerschmuck®?
We only want 100% satisfied customers! If you are not satisfied with a product, write to us at info@zuckerschmuck.com or via our contact form and send the unused and originally packaged items back to Zuckerschmuck Hainer Weg 11a 96328 Küps Germany within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price or replacement. Please note that the costs for the return will not be refunded except in the case of incorrect delivery and in the case of shipping errors caused by us. Your question was not answered?
