The SCHMUCK Ring Tape Rainbow Mix brings eleven bright colors around your Dexcom G7. The tapes have a cutout for the sensor. It is a decorative patch with a cutout. It also works as a decorative patch for compatible insulin pump catheters. Eleven colors mean you can choose your diabetes sensor jewelry to match your mood, for example as Dexcom G7 jewelry. The decorative patches are suitable e.g. for Dexcom G7 and Dexcom Flex, as well as around the catheter site of an insulin pump. The tapes are waterproof and breathable; their strong, skin-friendly adhesive provides a secure hold while showering, swimming and doing sports. The TapeGuard applicator is a ring that lets you place the Ring Tape wrinkle-free on the sensor, even in areas that are difficult for you to see yourself.

Yes, the tape is waterproof. You can wear it while showering, swimming and doing sports; the strong adhesive provides a secure hold.
How can I remove adhesive from a patch from my skin?
Removing adhesive from a patch is easiest with an adhesive remover intended for use on the skin. Follow its instructions for use, especially the information about application and contact time. You can find a selection among our adhesive removers. Are there matching Dexcom G7 stickers for the cutout?
The tape leaves the sensor surface uncovered. You can find matching designs among the stickers. Choose the sticker for your sensor model.
What is the difference between a Dexcom G7 Overpatch, Ring Tape and Underpatch?
An Overpatch has no cutout and lies over the sensor. A Ring Tape has a cutout and frames the sensor. An Underpatch lies between the skin and the sensor. This tape is a Ring Tape with a cutout.

Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.
Tips for border tapes with holes:
We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
