Batik pattern for your own look: This decorative patch comes as a design Tape with a cutout and a matching sticker in the same motif. The Tape frames your Dexcom G7 sensor, while the sticker decorates the sensor surface. Batik makes the sensor an eye-catcher: diabetes sensor jewelry with festival flair, for example as Dexcom G7 jewelry. The decorative patches are suitable, e.g. for Dexcom G7 and Dexcom Flex, and around the catheter site of an insulin pump. The Tapes are waterproof and breathable, and their strong, skin-friendly adhesive ensures that the Tape stays securely in place while showering, swimming and exercising. The TapeGuard applicator is a ring that lets you place the Ring Tape on the sensor without wrinkles, even in areas that are difficult for you to see yourself.

Dexcom G7 waterproof patch: Can I shower and swim with it?
Yes, the Tape is waterproof. You can wear it while showering, swimming and exercising; the strong adhesive ensures that the Tape stays securely in place.
How can I remove adhesive from a patch from my skin?
The easiest way to remove adhesive from a patch is with an adhesive remover intended for use on skin. Follow its instructions for use, especially the information on application and the required contact time. You can find a selection in our adhesive removers. In case of a Dexcom G7 patch allergy and other skin reactions caused by patch adhesive or sensor adhesive, our guide to skin irritation explains possible causes and what you should know about skin protection and skincare. If skin reactions persist, talk to your diabetes team.
Is a Dexcom G7 sticker included?
Yes. The Tape has a cutout. You can decorate the plastic surface of your sensor with the included sticker in a matching design. You can find more motifs among the stickers.
What is the difference between a Ring Tape and an Overpatch?
A Ring Tape has a cutout and sits around the sensor. An Overpatch has no cutout and covers the sensor. With this set, you can additionally decorate the exposed sensor surface with the included sticker.
Is the Tape available in other colors and designs?

Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.
Tips for border tapes with holes
We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
