Rainbow colors around your sensor: The SCHMUCK Tape “Rainbow” adds a colorful accent. The decorative patch is suitable, for example, for Dexcom G7, Dexcom Flex, as well as Freestyle Libre 1 and 2. It is also suitable, for example, for the infusion sets listed below. The tapes are waterproof and breathable; their strong, skin-friendly adhesive provides secure hold for the tape while showering, swimming and exercising. The TapeGuard applicator is a ring that lets you place the Ring Tape on the sensor without creases, even in places that are difficult for you to see yourself.

Freestyle Libre 2 sensor waterproof patch: Can I shower and swim with it?
Yes, the tape is waterproof. You can wear it while showering, swimming and exercising; the strong adhesive provides secure hold for the tape.
How can I remove adhesive from a patch from my skin?
The easiest way to remove adhesive from a patch is with an adhesive remover intended for use on the skin. Follow its instructions for use, especially the information about application and contact time. You can find a selection in our adhesive removers. In the event of a patch allergy or other skin reactions caused by patch or sensor adhesive, our guide to skin irritation explains possible causes and what you should know about skin protection and skin care. If skin reactions persist, talk to your diabetes team.
Are there matching sensor stickers for the opening?
The tape leaves the sensor surface free. You can find matching designs among the stickers. Choose the sticker for your sensor model.
What is the difference between Overpatch, Ring Tape and Underpatch?
An Overpatch has no opening and lies over the sensor. A Ring Tape has an opening and frames the sensor. An Underpatch lies between the skin and the sensor. This tape is a Ring Tape with an opening.

Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.

We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
