The SCHMUCK Tape Sensitive “Stars” places small star designs around your sensor. As a decorative patch, it is suitable for Freestyle Libre 3 and Freestyle Libre 3 Plus, for example. Stars suit both kids and adults: diabetes sensor jewelry, such as Freestyle Libre 3 jewelry. The tapes are waterproof and breathable, and their strong, skin-friendly adhesive ensures the tape stays securely in place while showering, swimming and exercising. The TapeGuard applicator is a ring that lets you apply the Ring Tape to the sensor without wrinkles, even in places that are difficult for you to see yourself.

Yes, the tape is waterproof. You can wear it while showering, swimming and exercising; the strong adhesive ensures the tape stays securely in place.
How can I remove adhesive residue from my skin?
The easiest way to remove adhesive residue is with an adhesive remover intended for use on the skin. Follow its instructions for use, especially the information on application and contact time. You can find a selection among our adhesive removers. What is the difference between Freestyle Libre 3 Overpatch, Ring Tape and Underpatch?
An Overpatch has no opening and sits over the sensor. A Ring Tape has an opening and frames the sensor. An Underpatch sits between the skin and the sensor. This tape is a Ring Tape with an opening.

Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.
Tips for border tapes with holes:
We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
