How to return an item for exchange or refund at Zuckerschmuck®?
We only want 100% satisfied customers and offer you a full right of return within 30 days of receiving the goods!
Prerequisite is unused goods in original packaging. It's that simple:
- Register your return in our Returns Portal
- Send the unused goods in their original packaging with a shipping service provider of your choice back to Zuckerschmuck, Hainer Weg 11a, 96328 Küps, Germany
- Exchange or refund will be processed as quickly as possible after we receive the return.
The refund will always be made to the account and by the method you used to pay (bank account, PayPal, credit card). We will reimburse the costs for the return shipment in cases where it is a wrong delivery caused by us or a defective delivery. Please understand that in other cases, you will bear the postage for the return shipment.
