How do I return, exchange or refund an item at Zuckerschmuck®?

We only want to have 100% satisfied customers and offer you full right of return within 30 days of receipt of the goods!

The prerequisite is unused goods in their original packaging. It’s that easy:
  • write us an email to info@zuckerschmuck.com or via our contact form with your request: exchange or refund
  • For exchanges: tell us the replacement item you want with the original name on the website or send us a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also specify "refund" and reorder directly through our online shop.
  • Send the items back within 30 days of receipt to

  • Exchanges or refunds will be made as soon as possible after we receive the return.
If you would like a replacement, please write the item you want in the email or send us a screenshot of it. We will send you the replacement after we receive the return. Alternatively, you can order a new item directly and we will refund the purchase price of the return! The refund will be made to the account and method you used to pay (account, PayPal, credit card). We will refund the cost of the return shipment if the delivery was incorrect or defective and we were at fault. Please understand that in other cases you will have to pay the postage for the return shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
