Everyday use
Ten minutes in cool water is enough to activate the FRIO Double black: The crystals inside turn into a gel, the inner bag expands to 3 to 4 cm in height, and feels damp. Insulin pens, cartridges, or your EpiPen are then placed in the activated inner bag. With continuous use, re-soaking for 3 to 5 minutes is sufficient as soon as the crystals start to feel firm again. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild cleaning agent.
The filled, dabbed-dry inner bag is then placed in the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-moistening.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
