The FRIO DOPPEL cooler in Terracotta combines a warm red-yellow tone with reliable cooling: It protects insulin and medication from high temperatures, without electricity, cooling elements, or batteries. This cooler is designed for insulin and GLP-1 pens.

Everyday use
Before using the FRIO Terracotta for the first time, immerse it in cool water for about 10 minutes: The crystals inside turn into a gel, the inner bag expands to 3 to 4 cm in height and becomes slightly damp. Then place insulin pens or cartridges in the activated inner bag. With continuous use, re-immerse it for 3 to 5 minutes as soon as the crystals feel firm again. Hand-wash the outer bag in warm water with a mild cleaning product.
Then place the filled, patted-dry inner bag inside the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-moistening.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
