Please note: The package contains only the sticker; your NovoPen 4, NovoPen 5, or NovoPen Echo itself is not included. If you want to change the look from time to time, simply stick a new Sticker over the old one or remove the old one first—it can be removed easily.
If you eventually get tired of turquoise, you can simply apply the next color directly on top, as often as you like.

If you completed the order and still haven't received an email, there may have been a typo in your email address. In this case, please send us an email to support@zuckerschmuck.com, including the name of the person who placed the order. We will be happy to help you.
How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually sent to the post office by letter, large letter, or parcel on the same or next day after receipt of payment. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted by packing stations, so always provide a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually immediate, meaning we ship the next day. When paying in advance, it may take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to be posted to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com. Your order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received your item within a week for deliveries to Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmuck.com so we can investigate the matter. How long do the stickers last?
The stickers for CGM sensors last for the entire duration of sensor wear, lasting several weeks to months. They look just as good on the last day as they did on the first. Stickers for readers last for several months to years. They can be removed from the device without leaving a trace. Stickers for patch pumps such as the Omnipod, Omnipod DASH, and Omnipod %, as well as Accu-Chek Solo, can be reused up to three times.
