With the TapeGuard applicator, you can apply a ring tape for your Freestyle Libre 2 or 1 sensor even on hard-to-reach areas of your body without help from someone else. The soft, flexible, transparent and breathable frame adapts to the body area, such as the abdomen, arm or leg. Suitable, e.g. for Freestyle Libre 2. The included tapes are waterproof, and their strong, skin-friendly adhesive ensures that the tape stays securely in place while showering, swimming and exercising.

Everyday use
You apply the ring tape to the plastic ring of the TapeGuard and then place it precisely over your Freestyle Libre 2 or 1 sensor. This allows you to apply it without help from someone else. The included tapes in beige or colorful can be reordered individually as needed. If you want to add color to your sensor and make it look less medical, you can find suitable stickers for Freestyle Libre that can be combined with the TapeGuard and jewelry tapes.

Tips for overpatches/tapes for covering
Sticking on and changing the tapes is even easier with our TapeCover protective cap: this permanently reusable plastic part is stuck between the tape and the sensor and ensures that you can easily remove the tape during operation and stick on a new tape.
Tips for border tapes with holes
We have developed our adhesive aid TapeGuard for tapes with a hole: TapeGuard is a small, flexible plastic frame that fits exactly around your sensor and onto which the tape is stuck. Tape and TapeGuard can then be easily stuck on even in difficult areas of the body without any outside help. Can I change the tapes while the sensor/pod is running?
You can easily remove or replace the tape at any time while the sensor/pod is in use: Press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin from above and carefully peel the tape around the outside from the skin. While you continue to press the sensor/pod firmly onto the skin with one finger, first pull part of the tape away from the sensor/pod until a sufficiently large area of the sensor/pod without any tape is visible. Press this area of the sensor/pod without any tape with your finger and peel off the rest of the tape.
