- For external use. Do not ingest.
- Side effects such as irritation or allergic reactions occur very rarely.
- Prontosan acute wound gel must not be used if you have known allergies or if you are suspected of being allergic to any of the ingredients.
- The gel must not be used in the middle or inner ear or in the eye. If Prontosan acute wound gel comes into contact with the eyes, you should rinse the eyes with running water and consult a doctor.
- If the wound becomes swollen, red or painful, or if it does not heal within a few days, you should consult a doctor.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should only use Prontosan acute wound gel after consulting your doctor.
- In children, the product should only be used if medically necessary under the supervision and assistance of an adult.
- Only use flawless and undamaged tubes.
- Store the gel at room temperature (< 25 °C) in a dry place and in the original packaging.
- Close the tube after use.
- Do not use Prontosan acute wound gel after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
- Shelf life 24 months (3 months after first opening)
- Medical device – keep out of reach of children!

If you have completed the order and still have not received an email, there may be a typo in your email address. How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually sent to the post office by letter, maxi letter or parcel on the same or next day after payment has been received. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. If you pay via PayPal and credit card, the credit is usually credited to our account immediately, i.e. we ship the next day. If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com. The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received any goods within a week for shipping to Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can investigate the matter. If shipping to countries other than Germany, please contact us by email if no delivery has arrived within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. Thank you for your patience!
