If you have completed the order and still have not received an email, there may be a typo in your email address. How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually sent to the post office by letter, maxi letter or parcel on the same or next day after payment has been received. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. If you pay via PayPal and credit card, the credit is usually credited to our account immediately, i.e. we ship the next day. If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com. The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received any goods within a week for shipping to Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can investigate the matter. Tolles Spray

Wirklich ein tolles Spray, damit lassen sich Klebereste von der Stoma Platte sehr schnell entfernen.
Einfach Spitze!!!

Bei unserem Sohn hatten wir das Problem, das die Pflaster von Sensoren und jetzt auch Pods sich eher gar nicht lösen ließen ohne Schmerzen bzw Wunde Haut zu hinterlassen was das neusetzen manchmal erschwert, da dies nach 3 Tagen noch nicht abgeheilt ist. Doch mit diesem Spray und ein paar Sekunden Wartezeit gibt es das Problem nicht mehr, denn die Pflaster lösen sich leicht ab und evt Kleberreste wischt man einfach mit etwas Spray ab und fertig! Sehr schön.
