Everyday use
Spray the product onto adhesive residue around patches, catheters, or CGM sensors, then wipe it off. Since it is alcohol-free, it is also suitable for sensitive, irritated skin.
To submit a claim to private health insurance, send our invoice together with the private prescription to your health insurance provider. Unfortunately, Zuckerschmuck cannot bill prescriptions from statutory health insurance providers.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually sent to the post office by letter, maxi letter or parcel on the same or next day after payment has been received. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. If you pay via PayPal and credit card, the credit is usually credited to our account immediately, i.e. we ship the next day. If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com. The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
