PRESENTA® Foam nourishes and protects the skin with carefully selected ingredients that promote healthy bacterial flora and provide moisture. It's a product used prophylactically to prevent the occurrence of unwanted skin lesions caused by, for example, insulin pump catheters, CGM sensors, or stomas. Ideal for people with diabetes.
- It contains active detergents that gently cleanse and care for stressed skin. It's perfect for irritated skin caused by insulin pump catheters, CGM sensors for diabetes, or around a stoma.
- Use instead of soap and water. No rinsing required.
- Relieves discomfort from irritated skin thanks to the moisturizing effect of aloe vera gel
- Ensures that the skin maintains the right moisture level
- Forms a protective barrier on the skin and protects against harmful external influences

How do I know if my order has been successfully received by Zuckerschmuck®?
If you receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided, you can be sure that we have successfully received the order. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please check your spam folder for an email from “info@zuckerschmuck.com” and consider whether you have completed the order process to the very end. If you have completed the order and still have not received an email, there may be a typo in your email address. In this case, please send us an email to support@zuckerschmuck.com stating the name of the person placing the order. We will be happy to help you.
How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually sent to the post office by letter, maxi letter or parcel on the same or next day after payment has been received. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. If you pay via PayPal and credit card, the credit is usually credited to our account immediately, i.e. we ship the next day. If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com. The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received any goods within a week for shipping to Germany, please contact support@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can investigate the matter. If shipping to countries other than Germany, please contact us by email if no delivery has arrived within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. Thank you for your patience!
