Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. 1 measuring spoon: 5.1 g dextrose, equivalent to 0.5 KE. 1 serving (4 measuring spoons): 20.4 g dextrose, equivalent to 2 KE. 1 daily intake (3 servings or 12 measuring spoons): 61.1 g dextrose, equivalent to 6 KE.
