The inner bag of the FRIO pump case purple has crystals on the outer wall and is submerged in water for 8 minutes to activate it. It is hollow inside, without compartments, and reaches a height of 3 to 4 cm after activation; it feels damp during this process. If you use the bag continuously, 3 to 5 minutes of re-submersion is enough as soon as the crystals feel firm again.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-moistening.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
