To activate it, immerse the inner bag of the black FRIO pump case, whose outer wall contains the crystals, in water for 8 minutes. It is hollow inside and has no compartments; after activation, it reaches a height of 3 to 4 cm and feels damp. With continuous use, re-immersing it for 3 to 5 minutes is sufficient as soon as the crystals feel firm again.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-moistening.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
