How can I pay for my order at Zuckerschmuck®?
We offer various payment options: PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, invoice (Klarna), prepayment. If you pay via credit card, PayPal, invoice or instant bank transfer, you will be automatically redirected to our partner's payment page.
How do I know if my order has been successfully received by Zuckerschmuck®?
If you receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided, you can be sure that your order has been successfully processed. If you don't receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder for an email from "info@zuckerschmuck.com" and consider whether you completed the order process. If you did complete the order and still haven't received an email, there may have been a typo in your email address. In that case, please send us an email to support@zuckerschmuck.com, including the name of the person who placed the order. We'll be happy to help.
How long will it take to ship my Sugar Jewelry® order?
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped the same or next day after payment is received, via letter, large letter, or parcel. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted at parcel lockers, so always provide a standard residential address with a mailbox as your delivery address. For payments via PayPal and credit card, the credit to our account is usually immediate, meaning we ship the next day. For payments via bank transfer, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the credit to appear in our account. If you would like to expedite the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/proof of transfer to info@zuckerschmuck.com. Your order will then be prepared for immediate shipment. If you have received a shipping confirmation and haven't received your goods within one week for shipments to Germany, please contact us at support@zuckerschmuck.com so we can investigate. For shipments to countries other than Germany, please contact us by email if your delivery has not arrived within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. Thank you for your patience!
Are the stickers waterproof?
Our stickers are waterproof, scratch-resistant and UV-resistant.
How long do the stickers last?
Stickers for CGM sensors last for the entire duration of sensor use, spanning several weeks to months. They look just as good on the last day as they did on the first. Stickers for readers last for several months to years and can be removed from the device without leaving a trace. Stickers for patch pumps such as Omnipod, Omnipod DASH, Omnipod %, and Accu-Chek Solo can be reused up to three times.
