For hygiene and health protection reasons, we can only accept returns of briefs, thongs, and other underwear if the hygiene strip is undamaged and unopened. Once the hygiene strip has been removed or opened, the right of withdrawal expires according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB.

- Item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Hygiene strip intact (not removed/lifted/damaged).
- Return within 30 days (voluntary right of return) or 14 days for the statutory right of withdrawal.

- You will receive the return information (address/label) directly in the portal.
- After receipt & inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method used.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
