Returns of briefs and underwear
You may legally withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it. In addition, we grant you a 30-day voluntary right of return. For hygiene and health protection reasons, we can only accept briefs, strings, and other underwear if the hygiene strip is undamaged and unopened; if it has been removed or opened, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The item must also be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Register your withdrawal or return through our returns portal. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we generally refund the purchase price within 3 to 7 business days. Worn or washed items are excluded from returns. How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
