How do I calculate insulin for low-carb products?
With low-carb products, the packaging says "sugar-free," but carbohydrates are listed, often in large quantities. What does this mean, and how much insulin do I need for them? The carbohydrates from polyols do not affect metabolism and do not raise blood sugar levels, so they do not need to be calculated for insulin dosage. Specifically, this means you check the packaging for the carbohydrate content. From this, you subtract the amount listed as "of which polyols." The result is the number you need to consider for your insulin dosage.

If you completed the order but still did not receive an email, there might have been a typo in your email address. How long does shipping take for my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Usually, the order is sent via letter, large letter, or package to the post office on the same or next day after receipt of payment. Please note: Letters cannot be accepted by packing stations, so always provide a regular home address with a mailbox as the delivery address. For payments via PayPal and credit card, the credit usually appears in our account immediately, meaning we ship the next day. For payments by bank transfer, it can take a few days for the credit to appear in our account, depending on the bank. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/proof of transfer to info@zuckerschmuck.com. The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately. If you have received a shipping confirmation and have not received your goods within one week for shipments within Germany, please contact us at support@zuckerschmuck.com so that we can investigate the matter.
