Everyday use
Before your child uses the Dino cooler for the first time, soak it together in cool water for about 10 minutes: The crystals inside turn into a gel, the inner bag expands to 3 to 4 cm high, and feels damp. Then simply place insulin pens or cartridges in the activated inner bag. If the bag is used continuously, re-soaking it for 3 to 5 minutes is enough once the crystals become firm again. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild cleaning agent.
Then place the filled, blotted inner bag into the outer bag.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular re-wetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
