How does it work?
A QR code (Quick Response) is a two-dimensional graphic code that stores information that can be decoded via a mobile device with the necessary software or app. The QR codes developed by Silincode automatically redirect to the custom profile that the user has associated with that code, allowing anyone with a mobile device and the appropriate app to access that information by scanning the product code . Please note that Silincode is compatible with any QR, 2D or BIDI code reader . There are currently a variety of free apps that can read these codes. Access the apps website on your smartphone (App Store, Android Market, Store Windows Phone Store) and search for the word "QR". Get a list of free apps that can read these codes.
How to determine the size of your bracelet: Put a measuring tape around your wrist, preferably a typical sewing tape because of its flexibility, make sure that the tape fits well around your wrist and determine the circumference of your wrist. Alternatively, using a string or a strip of paper, put a strip about 2 cm wide around your wrist and make a mark. Now measure from the end to the mark with a ruler to determine the length of your wrist.- Size S length 17.5 cm. Inner length 15 cm.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
If you pay in advance, it can take a few days, depending on the bank, for the money to be credited to our account. If you would like to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot/transfer receipt to info@zuckerschmuck.com . The order will then be prepared for dispatch immediately.
