Konjac spaghetti Shileo Lower-Carb Spaghetti, dried konjac noodles, spaghetti, in the individual pack 240 g for approx. 4 portions. Low-calorie pasta with 50% fewer calories and carbohydrates, gluten-free, tastes like regular spaghetti. Be careful, there is a risk of confusion! This konjac spaghetti tastes almost like normal spaghetti, but contains 50% fewer calories and carbohydrates. Ideal for anyone who values low carb with great taste. Despite the large portion, our test showed hardly any increase in blood sugar. Gluten and additive free. Barely any increase in blood sugar after a large portion of spaghetti bolognese and no need to worry about a large bolus and duration of action? With these noodles it is possible! How do I calculate insulin for low carb products?

Low-carb products say "sugar-free" on the packaging, but the carbohydrates are usually very high. What does that mean and how much insulin do I need for it? The carbohydrates from polyhydric alcohols have no effect on the metabolism and do not increase blood sugar levels, so they do not need to be calculated in terms of insulin dosage.
