Everyday use
Cold water is all you need to activate it: The crystals inside the FRIO Tropical turn into a cooling gel, keeping your medication cool for an extended period, completely without electricity or additional cooling elements. The crystal effect is guaranteed for 1 year; in practice, many people use the bag for considerably longer. For full cooling performance, it is best to replace it every 2 years. Wash the outer bag by hand in warm water with a mild detergent.
The active FRIO bag works through evaporation and requires air circulation. Follow the enclosed instructions for initial activation and regular rewetting.

How long does it take to ship my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Your order will normally be sent to the post office by letter, large letter or parcel the same day or the next day after payment has been received.
Attention: Letters may not be accepted by packing stations, so always specify a normal home address with a mailbox as the delivery address.
When paying via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually made immediately, which means we ship the next day.
