For all fans of ‘Salted Caramel’, our milk chocolate Salted Xaramell is the first choice! We use crunchy Isomalt pieces as the sugar-free caramel**, rounded off with a pinch of salt for that special sweet-salty taste – delicious! Like all Xucker chocolates, it is made without added sugar and instead sweetened with tooth-friendly xylitol. The cocoa comes from certified cultivation and gives it a full-bodied chocolate flavour. To protect the flavour of our chocolate, we have wrapped it in compostable foil instead of aluminium.
**Strictly speaking, the term caramel only applies to caramel masses made with sugar, which is why we also call our variant Xaramell.
