How can I pay for my Zuckerschmuck® order?
We offer several payment methods:
When you select credit card (via stripe) or PayPal, you will be redirected to our partner’s payment environment.
Please note that all prices are including VAT but excluding shipping costs. We are shipping worldwide. Free shipping worldwide for stickers, patches or screen protection foil on purchases of 90€ and more. Shipping costs flat 3,90€ for our cases, bags and sensor holders.
How do I know whether my order has been successfully registrated at Zuckerschmuck®?
If you get an order confirmation to the email address specified by you, you can be sure that the order has been successfully registered.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation by email, please control your spam folder to an email from “email@example.com” and wonder if you did proceed the whole ordering process.
Do you still have no information about your order? Probably there was a typing error in your registered email address and therefore you can’t get a confirmation email. Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you an order confirmation and invoice for payment.
How long does delivery of my Zuckerschmuck® order take and how are delivery costs?
We work hard for a quick delivery of your order. Usually your order will be shipped one day after money income to our bank account.
If you pay via PayPal or credit card, the credit to our account is usually immediate. With paying in advance, it may last a few days until the credit has income to our account. If you want to shorten the delivery time, you can send us a screenshot / transfer voucher to email@example.com.
If you have received a shipping confirmation and do not receive goods within 14 days, please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can investigate the matter. Thank you for your patience!
Shipping costs worldwide are 3,90 €. Shipping for free in Europe by ordering more than 50,00 €, worldwide by ordering more than 80,00 €.
We are shipping by letter (Deutsche Post).
Warning: letters may not be accepted by packing stations! We are sending in letters, so please give us a delivery adress with mailbox.
How do I use the Zuckerschmuck® tapes and stickers?
Can I change the tapes during the term of the sensor/pod?
You can easily change or remove the tape during the term of the sensor/pod:
Press the sensor/ pod firmly on the skin and unravel the tape around gently away from the skin. While you continue to firmly pressing the sensor/ pod with a finger on the skin, you pull piece by piece of tape away from the sensor/ pod and continue. Just be careful that the sensor/ pod is always ty pressed to the skin with a finger.
How can I change or return my order to Zuckerschmuck®?
