This new vegan chocolate variety with coffee chips is naturally without added sugar and sweetened only with xylitol. Hazelnut pulp and almond paste give it a delicate melting texture – without any animal ingredients! The crunchy coffee chips round off the chocolate experience with a delicious coffee flavour. Our new vegan chocolates are characterised by a full-bodied nougat flavour, a delicate melting and a fine vanilla note. We use compostable foil instead of aluminium to wrap the bar in all varieties of our Xucker chocolates.
Ingredients: sweetener: 34% xylitol; cocoa butter1, cocoa mass1, hazelnut butter, inulin, almond butter, 2.75% roasted coffee (chopped), emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower); salt, natural vanilla flavour.

Did you know? According to the Chocolate Ordinance, in order to be called chocolate, it must contain at least 18% cacao butter and at least 14% non-fat dry cocoa solids. By definition, this vegan chocolate is a couverture, as it contains 33.6% cocoa butter and 5.4% non-fat cocoa solids. Why is this so? To achieve an optimal melting and a chocolaty taste similar to that of milk chocolate, even without animal ingredients.
