With chocolate cake you are always right! With our low-sugar baking mix without wheat flour, your juicy chocolate cake is guaranteed to be a success – even if it has to be quick! Simply add eggs, butter and milk, stir, pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin or ring cake tin and put it in the oven. The result after 45 minutes baking time is wonderfully chocolaty, fluffy and very pleasantly sweet thanks to the use of xylitol. 100 g of the finished cake contain only approx. 1.5 g of sugar and at the same time approx. 4.3 g of healthy fibre.
By the way, you can also bake delicious muffins or brownies with the Xucker® chocolate cake baking mix, simply put the finished mixture into the appropriate molds for a shorter baking time. Perfect for in between, for spontaneous visitors or for children’s birthday parties for the little cake fans! Also required: 2 eggs size M, 150g soft butter, 150ml milk.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat).
2. Put the butter, milk and eggs in a bowl and mix with the hand mixer on low. Add the baking mix and mix gently.
3. Mix the dough for about 3-4 minutes at the highest level until a smooth mass has formed.
4. Grease the loaf tin or line it with baking paper, fill in the batter and distribute evenly.
5. Place in the preheated oven on the middle level and bake for approx. 45 minutes.
Baking times: At 180°C (top and bottom heat): chocolate cake – approx. 45 minutes; Muffins and brownies – about 20-30 minutes.
Tip: Baking behavior can differ slightly depending on the oven, which is why it is not possible to specify the exact baking time to the minute. You can use a wooden skewer to test whether the cake is baked through.
For a very tasty vegan chocolate cake you can use the following additional ingredients instead of eggs, butter and milk: 150ml neutral oil (e.g. sunflower), 150ml oat drink and 70g apple pulp. The preparation steps and the baking time remain the same.
Ingredients: sweetener: 47.6% xylitol; SPELLED FLOUR, 14.1% cocoa powder1, OAT FIBER, baking powder (acidifier: diphosphates; raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; starch), table salt.
