Chocolate ice cream to make yourself – very easy, even without an ice cream maker: With the Xucker ice cream powder chocolate you conjure up seductive chocolate ice cream by adding 360 ml whole milk or a vegetable alternative for vegan chocolate ice cream! Our chocolate ice cream powder is sweetened with xylitol and thus contains 95% less sugar than conventional chocolate ice cream! The new recipe tastes even more chocolatey, has a creamier consistency and is better tolerated due to a lower proportion of xylitol.

Preparation:
1. Put 360 ml whole milk (3.5% fat) or vegetable drink into a mixing bowl. Open the bag and pour the contents into it as well. 2.
Mix the ingredients carefully on low speed. Now beat the ice cream powder mixture well with a mixer for about five minutes on high speed.
When the mixture has a creamy consistency, it can be refined with other ingredients as desired. 4.
4. pour the finished ice cream into one or more freezer-proof molds, freeze for 10 hours and enjoy!
Tip: In addition to vegan variations with plant-based drinks, you can also add nuts, Xucker chocolate drops or cocoa nibs. If calories aren’t an issue, you can also use cream instead of milk. If you stir the ice cream briefly every ½ hour at the beginning of the freezing process (2 hours), it becomes even more airy and creamy.
