Sweetened with maltitol instead of granulated sugar. Maltitol is mainly obtained from maize and/or wheat and has the following properties:
- Compared to household sugar, maltitol contains around 40 % fewer calories.
- The sweetness profile of maltitol is very similar to that of sugar.
